Troubleshooting
1 No Sound/Low Sound on iCreaVoice
Go to iCreaVoice Settings, and from the drop-down menu, select the microphone and headphone devices you're using.
If the sound is too low or there’s no sound at all, turn up the microphone and headphone volume (marked “1” in Picture 2). The audio volume detection bar should reflect the changes as you adjust the volume.
2 iCreaVoice Can't Detect Your Microphone or Headphones
Open the Control Panel on your computer and navigate to Hardware and Sound > Sound.
Under the Recording tab, check if your microphone is available. Similarly, under the Playback tab, check for your headphones. If they are disabled, enable them.
If your device is unavailable or iCreaVoice can't detect it, set your output device to Headset.
If your device is connected but still undetected by your system, download MaxxAudio for free online (especially if you’re using a Dell computer, you can search for "MaxxAudio" in the Windows Search Bar).
When prompted with “Which device did you plug in?”, choose Headset.
After that, click the Refresh button.
